We hope you love every piece you find at The Charming Cherub! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns made within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Clothing must have original tags attached
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or other signs of wear
• Proof of purchase is required

Store Credit Only

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will be issued as store credit to use toward a future purchase at The Charming Cherub.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale
• Worn or used items

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Jewelry

Many of our jewelry pieces are handmade, vintage-inspired, or one of a kind. Small variations and unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
