The Original Since 1988
For 38 years, The Charming Cherub has been turning pieces of the past into one-of-a-kind treasures made to be worn, loved, and collected.
It all began in 1988, when Debra Farley, inspired by her love of antiques and boutique jewelry, began creating pieces while still in college. What started with handmade jewelry and the original Charming Cherub bracelet soon grew into weekends spent at art festivals, craft shows, and antique markets—searching for beautiful, forgotten pieces with stories of their own.
Over the years, Debra built a collection of vintage treasures: antique lace, broken china, old postcards, charms, dolls, and other unexpected finds. Using techniques rooted in stained glass and silver soldering, she began giving these pieces a new life as jewelry.
Today, every Charming Cherub piece still carries that same spirit.
Some begin with something discovered at an antique market. Others are created from treasured pieces brought to us by our customers—family lace, heirloom china, keepsakes, and little pieces of history transformed into something that can be worn and passed down.
No two are quite the same. And we think that’s exactly how it should be.
